Frequently Asked Questions

What can a Canadian dentist teach a US or other international dentist?
This is the era of globalization. Everything anyone knows, anyone else can learn and apply to their life. A huge part of my practice development has come from learning from US dental practice management experts and business training experts. I have also taken information from around the world where ever I have seen a place I can improve including Total Quality Management principles honed in Japan. The issue is not the country where the information comes from but the quality of the information. That is best judged by the results I have achieved in my practice.

How is Canadian dentistry similar or different to the US or other parts of the world?
Almost anywhere private practice dentistry is conducted there is competition for patients, interference by insurance companies, angst over what fees to charge, staff to train, financial arrangements to be made, costs to control and every other business issue that dentists and non dentists alike have to deal with. I cover the best practices I have learned that attract patients, keep you organized, keep you profitable and even enable you to cut back your work week if you like.

How do I know you are genuine?
You can check my office website: Deervalleydentalcare.com You can even come to my office. I will even let you speak to my accountant. Email me if you need this level of reassurance and I will set it up.

How much of an improvement can I expect to see?
The answer to this question is the degree to which you are willing to leave your comfort zone. If you won't leave your comfort zone, you won't improve. If you are willing to try any proven, ethical method even if it scares the hell out of you, there are no limits to your success, even including surpassing me.

How long does it take to see an improvement?
See prior answer. When the student is ready the teacher appears. The teacher is here. Is the student ready?

Is your program affordable?
My goal is to make this information so affordable and so risk free to try that every dentist that encounters it will be able to give it a try. And if it is not for them (meaning they are not ready to leave their comfort zone), I will even give you your money back. Heck you can even keep the material. This guarantee is so generous that it is stupid of me to even offer it and I am going against the advice of my advisors. But I believe dentists are generally honorable and honest but also very skeptical so I want to make it 200% risk free. P.S. At the time of this writing NO ONE who has purchased ANY of my products has ever asked for a refund.
